Paris Arms during the Second Empire

Postby StuE » 26 May 2014 19:01

Wikipedia shows the Paris arms to have a three masted ship under Napolian III - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coat_of_arms_of_Paris but no reference is given. Can anyone confirm this was the case - preferably with references please.
