Correct! Or, more specifically, the ancient Welsh Kingdom of Gwent. The modern county of Gwent (1974-1996) also had a gold chief with two red castles, which is still used by the post-1996 county of Monmouthshire.

Adding some explanation as to the Arms of Åtvidaberg. The Arms was approved in 1947 and after the Muncipal mergers registred with the (Swedish) Patent and Registration Office in 1974. The Copper sign alludes to the Copper mining once the main industry of the area. When the Copper Works closed at the begining of the 20th Century, new industies come to the fore mostly carpentry which is symbolised by the plane.

Not Italy, but other place that speaks Romance language. You can guide yourself by the specific design of mural crown.
